Shipping and Returns

We will be in touch when your parcel is shipped with a confirmation email that will include your tracking details. Please do not contact us querying the dispatch of your parcel as your order is in a sequential queue in fairness and good faith to all clients

Shipping Prices is as follows:
Courier Guy: R120 (Door to Door Delivery)
PostNet: R99 (Counter to Counter)
PAXI: 80 (Counter to Counter)

  • Our handling time on parcels is 1-5 days - Depending on the volume of order we have to process. Normally 48 hours but can go up to 5 days without notice 
  • Shipping to Rural areas can take up to 14 days. We can't tell you immediately if your location classifies as a rural area before we book with the courier. Additional cost may be charged on these deliveries 
  • We are using the Courier Services as a 3rd Party. If you require a special request we can only apply that to the waybill. If the courier don't adhere to this request it is out of our hands. We are not the courier nor can we manage them we only use their services  
  • We use the delivery information just like you supply it. We will not take responsibility if these is a delay or lost shipment due to incorrect information provided 
  • If you need to get an update on the whereabouts of your parcel you can contact the Courier Directly or search on their website. We also have a "SHIPMENT REQUEST UPDATE FORM" you can use to request an update. We will no longer do updates on email or by phone due to disrespectful customers
